“ If you're looking for dim sum in Singapore - look no further. This restaurant is inside the marina bay sands hotel on the first floor, near the second tower entrance (of 3, so it's in the middle). The ambiance is gorg, first of all. The service - very fast and attentive as well! One quick heads up/negative is they charge you for the hand wipes that are ALREADY on the table when you arrive ($1 per person). They'll also offer you a small cup of peanuts (literal bland, regular peanuts) - and they charge for that too, was like $3-4. I didn't know that so was a touch annoyed, but in the grand scheme it's like $3 USD equivalent, so not much. Now on to the food: that's the real reason you're here. This place had the prettiest and most fun dim sum I have ever seen. The blossom signature dim sum trio (pictured below) is on the first page of their site, and that's what drew me in - it's just so pretty! Tasty too. Everything I had truly was FABULOUS, I don't have a single gripe. The prices weren't bad for the experience either, I would absolutely come here again the next time I'm in Singapore to get some of the same things (surely the pear shaped meat dumpling, signature trio, and GORGEOUS steamed egg bun!). Highly recommend! Here's a list of everything else I got (price and number on menu as well) for ref: 1. Blossom signature dim sum trio (28.8 SGD) 5. Steamed dumpling with truffle (8.8 SGD) 10. Sichuan dumpling w pork and chives (8.8 SGD) 19. classic roast pork bun (8.8 SGD) 22. pear shaped fried meat dumpling (10 SGD) 23. century egg and lean pork porridge (8.8 SGD) 26. Steamed lava salted egg yolk bun (8.8 SGD) 27. Crispy egg tart (7.8 SGD). = 90.6 SGD, ~118 including tax (~$92 USD) This was everything I ate with my mother and we were both full - so about $46 USD per person cost: not bad at all for gorgeous food and ambiance, and feeling plenty full! ”
“ We came to celebrate my mom and sister's birthday. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. When they found out about the occasion they gave us peach buns with lotus paste. I brought some cakes from Origin + Bloom (also in hotel lobby) and they helped us serve/plate the desserts together. Food was tasty, but portion size was rather small for the price points. Good place for a an occasional special treat! ”

Try the whole Peking duck . They do this correctly. Soups excellent. Vegetables excellent. Expensive for the ambiance but worthy for excellent meal. ”
“ Great restaurant! First time visit on Saturday with biz partner from China. I myself am from United States so have no knowledge of a good Chinese restaurant. Blossom is one of the best by far in my two weeks visiting Singapore. Great food, great service and the most helpful and friendly staff. “ This Chinese restaurant located in the lobby of Marina Bay Sands Hotel has been renovated and rebranded. It is a new name, new menu, but the food was great! I had no issues with the previous one, and have no idea why the change, but I am not complaining. There were three of us and we wanted a simple quick meal. We ordered some simple dim sum, noodles and the roasted crispy chicken. The chicken was AMAZING. It was crispy and flavourful and exactly what I was looking for. Many other tables were ordering the peking duck, so that might be worth a try during the next visit. Service was also prompt. I would return back to Blossom again real soon. ”
